Collection of access data

Providing and presenting content on our website technically requires that we gather specific data. When you access our Website, these server log files are collected by us or by the Website host. These log files do not allow any conclusions to be made about you and your person. The corresponding information consists of the

Purpose of the processing of personal data

Transfer to a third-party country

No data transfer to a third-party country is intended. However, we cannot exclude that for example the IP address is transferred to a third-party country, such as the USA, in the course of using Google Analytics.-

Your rights as a data subject

You can obtain information free of charge at any time (art. 15 EU-GDPR) about your personal data that we have stored, as well as on the origin, recipient and purpose of the data processing. You also have the right to request the correction (art. 16 EU- GDPR), blocking (art. 18 EU- GDPR) or deletion (art. 17 EU- GDPR) of your data. This does not apply to data that is retained as a result of legal regulations or as is required for proper business processing. You have the right to object to the processing of your data (art. 21 EU- GDPR) as well as the right to data portability (art. 20 EU- GDPR).

Right of objection 

Pursuant to art. 21 (1) EU GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time, unless said processing is required for the performance of a contract, to fulfill a legal obligation or to protect vital interests.

You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time going forward. This shall not affect processing that took place prior to your revocation.

If data is not covered by a legal archiving obligation, we will delete your data at your request. If we are obliged to archive the data, wes hall duly block it.

For all questions and concerns regarding the correction, blocking or deletion of personal data, please contact our data protection officer using the contact details in this data protection declaration or at the address given in the imprint.

You are entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible should you feel your rights have not been fully respected in the handling of your personal data.

E-mail contact

It is possible to contact us at the e-mail address provided. In such instances, the sender's personal data transmitted with the e-mail will be processed.

In this context, the data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be used exclusively to process the contact enquiry. Once the processing of your enquiry is complete, the personal data from the input mask will be deleted immediately. Any additional personal data collected during the enquiry process will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest. Upon your request, we will delete your personal data immediately. However, if you request the deletion of personal data processed in the course of your enquiry (via contact form or e-mail), it may no longer be possible to process your request.

Online applications

If you use our online application form, your personal data will be used beyond the scope of this data protection declaration. You will be referred to our data protection declaration specifically for applicants before you enter the relevant data in the form. You can also find the corresponding link here.

Newsletter

You can register on our Website to receive our newsletter. We need your e-mail address for this.

In addition, to comply with the relevant legal regulations we have to check whether you are actually the owner of the e-mail address provided and would like to receive the newsletter (double opt-in procedure). We therefore collect information that makes such a check possible. The data collected in this context is used in order to send and receive the newsletter and is not passed on to third parties. We collect no further data apart from the information required to send the newsletter. As sending and receiving of newsletters depends on your prior consent, you can revoke this consent to the collection and storage of your data at any time without giving reasons. To do so, use the "unsubscribe link" provided in the newsletter.

Processing of personal data for advertising purposes

In addition to processing your data for the above-mentioned purposes, we also use your data in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) EU-GDPR, irrespective of your consent to a newsletter, in order to communicate with you about your orders, certain products or marketing campaigns, and to recommend products or services that might interest you.

You can object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes in total or for individual measures at any time. A notification in text form sent to the contact stated in the imprint or in this data protection declaration (e.g. by e-mail or letter) is sufficient for this purpose.
